一、调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。
调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人，是新课标的重要特点。几位老师在上课的时候注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与。这节课互动模式多样，激起了同学们对英语进修的兴趣，营造了宽松，民主，和谐的教与学的气氛。印象最深的是王老师讲的My Home这一课，课堂一始，王老师带动学生们一起做了“switch ”游戏，刚开始学生们和老师配合的不是很融洽，可能是彼此之间不熟悉，或者是学生对老师的课堂用语不习性，感觉学生参与得不是很积极。还好，老师非常地有激情，很快就与学生融为一块，课堂活跃，学生进修积极性逐渐进步，让学生真正成了课堂的主人，效果非常好。因此教师在每个教学环节中对孩子的’要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而难题太难孩子会无从开始，太容易又没意义，这都会打击孩子的积极性。
二、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。
三位老师的课都充分表现了这点，无论是从上课技巧还是老师的自身素质来讲，都体现了几位老师的专业素质。比如说，王老师这节课的构思，她就很好地把Let’s talk 中的难点很容易的展现并让学生轻松学会运用。并让学生在非常轻松愉快的情景中进修语言，并且设计了多种任务来完成句子到对话的进修。王老师把先把对话中的重点句子挑出来，以简单的问答会话方式教学，这样就不会让学生学得那么累，而且学生很容易就掌握了。
听课中我发现几位老师基本有下面内容多少共同特点：一、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证学生对课程的领会从而学到正确的聪明，地道的语言；二、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使学生接触到的聪明更立体，更直观，更生动；三、教态亲切，表情丰富，充满激情。在课堂上能轻松，活泼，潇洒地进行授课，富有艺术性；四、有扎实的英语基础聪明作为后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。
通过这次听课，让我们开阔了眼界，看到了自己的不足。同时我对自己也提出了许多难题去思索，怎样让自己的语言更优美？怎样让孩子们喜欢上英语课？怎样培养孩子们的英语口语表达能力？相信通过自己的不断努力，一定能拉近距离，不断进步。

最有趣的游戏是和外教老师打水仗。我们开头来说将气球灌满水，只要轻轻抛在地上就能遍地开花。接着再分成男女两组双方分得同样的气球，哪一方中弹人数最多就算输了。由于男孩在我们班只有八人，对方人数是我们几倍，硬拼是不行的，只能智取。商量好作战方案后，一场激烈的水战便开始了。我们四个男生吸引女生过来，而另外四个则潜伏进对方内部偷水球。我们的调虎离山之计使得特别巧妙，再加上男生天生善战，不一会儿，一半的女生全身湿透了，我们取得了胜利。正在我们得意洋洋之际，Monty已悄悄地走近我们后面，而我们毫不知情，突然一桶水从天而降，把我们从头到脚淋了个痛快，把我们变成了落汤鸡，不用说，这是Monty做的好事。此丑不报，非君子，于是我们满操场地去追Monty，而女生则在一旁看好戏，哈哈大笑。最终，两手难敌四拳，Monty被我们全身淋得湿透了，他很风趣地说：“今晚回去不用洗澡了。”看他狼狈的神态，我们又捧腹大笑。
天下没有不散的宴席，十天的培训结束了，外教们也要走了，我们特别想念他们，希望他们还能再来恩平！
